This is a great starting point when it comes to smoothies. Most kids love strawberries and bananas, and the bright pink color will appeal to their senses. Frozen strawberries are ripe and sweet and will give this drink the cold creamy texture kids love, but feel free to use fresh and add ice.
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
Put all of the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth and creamy, making sure there are no strawberry pieces. Serve immediately.
